100 micron Clear

A clear film, tested to EN 12600 2B2, which will help protect people and fixtures/fittings in the event of either accidental or deliberate damage to the glazing.

These films range from 50 to 350 microns; they are tested to the relevant BS and EN standards. When properly applied, they form an unseen protective barrier that will greatly reduce the risk of broken glass falling or flying through the air and injuring people if a window or glazed area shatters.

All safety and security window films with a thickness of 100 micron and above meet British Standard 6206 Class A & B. This means that they are suitable for bringing substandard glazing up to a state of compliance with the Workplace Health, Safety and Welfare Regulations (1992) and Regulation 14 (1996).
